How do credits work?
One generation attempt costs exactly 1 credit. A generation includes script writing, voiceover, image synthesis, and final compositing.
What happens if a generation fails?
Our local rendering pipeline is highly resilient. However, if a catastrophic error occurs during the FFMPEG build phase, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from the Pricing or Dashboard page via the Stripe Billing Portal. You will retain access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle.
